Keen racegoers already lining at the White Winning Gates of the Broome Turf Club, eager for them to open at 11 am sharp. Punters then rush to secure their favourite spots to watch the day’s races.

Around 1 pm, the first of seven races kicks off and Broome’s biggest weekend party is in full swing! The air is filled with the excitement of bookies, bars stocked with beers and bubbles, and the stylish fillies in their frocks and the boys with binoculars, all popping corks or placing their bets.
